Women around the world have tried to emulate the Parisian style for years. It’s effortless, distinctive — and has me wondering if there’s something in the water. The ‘romantic, carefree Parisian’ style, is frequently modeled by bloggers of all nationalities. Here are 15 style tips from the best & most famous French fashion bloggers & influencers
Parisian women are famous for their great street-style images that have very little editing and no filters. The clothes they wear are mostly casual chic – lots of vintage jeans, plaid blazers, and leather boots, and while their outfits are beautiful, they aren’t flashy or overly coordinated. Likely, you wouldn’t even notice them on the street because they’re just so effortless.
This morning on the Style Edit, I wanted to share a little list of my go-to favorite French influencers you need to know about. For those new here, The Style Edit is where I talk about the next biggest fashion trends seen around the web. Subscribe for more style tips! 🥂✨
All of these women are stylish and inspirational French women who all have something to say and may sometimes even redefine what it means to be Parisian.

1. Jeanne Damas
Jeanne Damas is the original casual-chic French fashion influencer who pioneered the popularity of effortless French fashion in the 21st century. While other French bloggers had carefully pieced together outfits. Known for her vintage finds, Jeanne is the perfect example that there is still treasure to be found at your local vintage shop. Key takeaways – go thrift-shopping ASAP
2. Anne Laure Mais Moreau
Under the blog name Adenorah, Anne Laure Mais Moreau began publishing her outfits online in 2009. The Bayonne-native completed her studies in Bordeaux before moving to Paris, all the while gaining a strong following for her casual chic looks with a 70s vibe. A vintage Chanel bag is seen in multiple posts – take note: A Chanel bag is not only an investment but a staple piece in the Parisian “It” girl’s closet
3. Leia Sfez
Leia Sfez is a Paris-based business owner who gained a following by launching a legging business for babies called Diapers & Milk. Though she is no longer promoting the business, she has gained a strong Instagram following for her minimal chic French style. Many of her looks are quite simple featuring a straight-leg jean, in blue, white or black. She tends to purchase statement pieces like shoes or handbags which stand out the most!
Xenia Adonts
Ahhhh Xenia I don’t know where to start. Firstly, she’s probably one of the most inspirational people I have ever followed. She is committed to bettering herself every day and is just as addicted to self-improvement books and reading in general as I am 🙂 Which is impressive. She is actually not Parisian by birth, she currently resides in Paris and is of German & Russian genes. She is incredibly bright, almost constantly in a great mood, and just radiates #girlboss energy every single damn day (even in quarantine). Personality-wise, you need to follow her, she is one of the best role models of our generation. Of course, we’re talking fashion here, & well, she’s got that too. She even launched her own eco-friendly and sustainable luxury fashion line named Attire which I’m saving every penny for. Also, she just made FORBES 30 under 30 Europe this year for Attire, HOW BADASS! The biggest takeaway from Xenia and from European women in general – is that having things to talk about (investing in your education, being open-minded + open to learning new things) is way more important than appearing perfect on social media.
Camille Charrière
Although based in London, Camille Charrière hasn’t forgotten her French-style roots and regularly posts casual-chic looks that French girls are known for. Want a little more flare to your wardrobe??? Camille would probably advise you to incorporate some funky zebra prints and maybe a stripped sweater or two into your wardrobe.

Pia
As a relative newcomer to the Instagram-style influencer world, Pia has rapidly gained a passionate following. With a love for vintage clothing and supporting local designers, the 23-year-old Parisian native has an enviable style. Around half of her posts are lifestyle shots, and you can get some great tips on where to eat and shop in Paris. Pia has a love affair with cute scarfs – tie one around your neck or hair tie for some extra Parisian flair
Gabrielle Caunesil
Gabrielle is a French influencer married to an Italian. Her whole feed oozes that ‘summer love feeling’ that makes me feel oh-so single. Known for her cute summer dresses in bold colors – Gabrielle is a good example of being a little more daring when choosing your summer wardrobe.
Chloe Lecareux
Chloe Lecareux is an influencer who runs her own fashion label, Bleu de Vous, which makes jean jackets out of recycled plastic bottles. She’s known for effortlessly mixing preppy and high-end fashion – kind of like the Parisian Princess Diana. To get her look, definitely invest in a good button-up shirt for layering.
Lucie Rose Mahé
If you’ve ever doubted the power of a great blazer, Lucie Mahé will convert you. The founder of the popular vintage e-shop @gavrochevintage, Mahé is a master at breathing new life into vintage pieces. If you were wondering where all the Parisiennes get their vintage cardigans and sultry slip dresses, well, it’s at Lucie Mahé’s. Scroll through her Instagram profile for that boost of motivation you’ll need to start combing through your local thrift store for next weekend’s look.

Salomé Mory
Salomé Mory is a Parisian student and model in her spare time. Black loafers aka the smoking shoes is another thing Parisian women are known for.
Tamara Mory
Tamara is a Parisian girl who is also sisters with Salome More and she shares moments from her daily life in the capital of France. I can’t believe I’ve made it this far into the page without mentioning that you probably need a good trench coat if you want to embody the “everyday French girl” style. So when shopping for warm outerwear this holiday season – definitely pick up a black or beige trench coat.
Louis
Louise is another fun French woman to follow and is another big fan of berets. She also helped to found Perleet Porcelain, an online shop where you can find cute vintage pieces a lot like the ones you’ll see her wearing on her Instagram feed.
Dolorès
Dolorès is another fun French influencer to follow. Plus if you want to learn a bit of French, her captions are usually in French, so you might be able to learn a phrase or two from her posts. Can we talk about the knit sweater – vest over the button-up shirt??? I die. I am deceased. Pair with a gold pair of glasses, grab your copy of The Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir, and you are set.
Camille Yolaine
Camille Yolaine is a freelance copywriter who shares her love of fashion and French culture with her audience. Not only does she have a massive following compared to the other French fashion bloggers on this list, but something about her account screams Carey Bradshaw from Sex & the City. I love her use of one-piece swimsuits for underwear – a good example that the best French fashion bloggers & Parisian influencers often look back in history for style inspo rather than follow fast fashion trends.
Filippa Hägg
If you need a lesson in Parisian neutrals, make sure to follow Filippa Hägg. Her signature accessory has to be sunglasses. She wears them in practically every post. So for how-to style coats, blazers, and, of course, a pair of classic sunnies, she’s the go-to.
Zoïa Mossour
Zoïa is from Paris, and it totally shows. She has the Parisian chic look down to a tee. Her look is built around basics, like many of the women on this list, and can really help you make the most of your wardrobe.
Closing Thoughts
I love the French girl style, and one of the best ways to start to understand it so that you can replicate it for yourself is by learning from the best French fashion bloggers & influencers. Hopefully, the style of some of these women really spoke to you and can help you to elevate your own. Au revoir!
